Bids Sought for Use of State Land for Cattle Grazing, Harriman State Park
Harriman State Park is seeking bids for state owned lands containing approximately 2,500 acres located in Island Park, Idaho. The land described will be used for cattle grazing only. Turn in date will be on or after Sep. 1st and turn out will be no later than Nov. 15th.The lessee will graze no more than 1,600 AUM. The lessee will also be responsible to pay property taxes and maintain all fences, including fences along the river, corrals and facilities that may be used by the lease holder. Bids will be evaluated on the proposed AUM bid and number of AUM’s utilized. Sealed bids must be submitted by the end of business April 5th 2014.
